[He's at a total loss right now. There's only one other person left... and they're sort of terrifying.

He doesn't like this numb feeling. So, have an awkward:] Thank you for telling me.

It's almost everyone in my house. [A laugh - it's slightly forced. He's not in hysterics, but he's definitely afraid.] I'll be fine.

[Damn well doesn't sound fine--not that Naoki could blame him. He has a feeling he'd be feeling the same.]

Almost? There someone left with you, then?

Yes. They're here somewhere. [Sigh. He's running his hand through his hair, looking around - where had Kuroyuri gotten off to?]

Well, at least there's that?

Then, it's not all bad. Though, it takes a little bit to get over people going home. Not a thing you can get used to very easily.

[Yeah, but. This is the person that told him to put a fork in a socket.] Why wouldn't they just send all of us home?

Hyuuga and Konatsu are gone?

All of their things are missing.

[He'd be irritated or protest that, but he's pretty broken up right now.]

At least they've gone back home. [He's going to pull it together because he is a man and... well, he'd just rather not crack right now.]

I haven't seen Hakuren or Michael all day.

[In that little snapshot, Shuri just slowly brings a hand up to cover his face.]

[Okay, Shuri's always been a thorn in everyone's side, but he's never been more than an annoyance and a brat. And nobody deserves to feel like that.]

[It's all sort of sinking in. The only one left here is Kuroyuri. The house is so empty. The only thing that's keeping him from breaking down is the fact that he's talking to Mikage and some part of that spoiled brain registers that it's improper to cry in front of the lower class.

O-of course. I'm not worried about something like that.

[Well, that's fine. You just keep talking to the poor little lower class boy and maybe he'll keep you from falling apart.

[Maybe. He might snap a bit, but he's not in full out POMPOUS DICK mode. The near breakdown has him mellowed.]

They tried to convince me to put a fork on an electrical socket. [Which is, you know, a step up from people just yelling at him for being annoying.]

O-of course I do. [He's trying to snap - but it sort of comes out less than defensive and more pathetic.]

[...poor guy. Luckily she doesn't know him well at all, so he just gets sympathy.]

[Mikage's not counting on it to last, but it's weird to see Shuri like this.]

I- [Refusing it seems like the best course of action. But, he's forcing himself to calm down and think about this. It's hard, he's... not used to the idea of being alone. He's always been surrounded by people, but without his father here and the two people he was closest to, he's noticing for the first time how alarmingly quiet the house is. And he's never had to try to take care of himself. There was always someone to do it for him...]

I think I'd like to get out of here for a day or two.
