The fact that there's no money here will also confuse the hell out of him, because that means that everyone is on the same financial level and sort of on the same standing. He'll most certainly get Shuri past that. For the sake of his own sanity if for no other reason. He's seen Shuri's results on everything, even if the final exam was quite abysmal. The question though? Is going to stop him completely. He'll blink at you a little, Shuri, before he finds his voice.] I...can, if that's what you really want. I'm sure after a few weeks of making no friends here he'll realize he's doing something wrong. And then he'll work extremely hard to earn yours and annoy the living hell out of you, because that's how Shuri rolls.

He's a smart kid, even if his ego is swollen and he'll go back to acting like a pompous idiot in a few days, and knows that so long as he's helpless on the battlefield, he's useless.] I do! No, bad Shuri! Learn to make other friends so you can annoy them too! ;_; Or, you know, find people who aren't annoyed by you and cling to them.
Well that's good enough for Konatsu. He couldn't exactly remember the reason why he had to sleep on the floor at the time. Ah well, it didn't matter, and Shuri seemed to be...mostly serious right now, so why spoil the moment?] That's going to take some time... Lieutenant Hyuuga is the one who's training me...and I don't think it would be a good idea to train you in the same way. [Because he so knows how Shuri freaks, and wounding him in training right away is probably not a good idea.]

Konatsu, accept it. He's sticking to you like glue and you're absolutely one hundred percent stuck with him. Maybe one day you'll accept this.
As serious as Shuri usually gets, at least. Shuri's positive that he doesn't want to see how Hyuuga trains Konatsu. His 'trip to the Front Lines' was enough evidence to prove that he wasn't ready to deal with anything the wily Lieutenant deemed 'training'.] I don't mind a wait. [He can brush up on the fundamentals and explore around here first anyhow.]

He'll...probably accept it eventually. Once Shuri's more useful and less... well, less Shuri-like.
Hey, he'll take any amount of seriousness. And come now Shuri! He could probably show you scars if you asked. Scars mean skin, you know. =|

That will take a while! And a useful Shuri is a Shuri that trips over himself to please you - which could be even more annoying.
Shuri looks somewhat pleased with himself - evidently enjoying how this was turning out. A little less shaken, but that will probably come and go over the next few days. Soon, however, he'll be just as intolerable as ever. He'd love to see Konatsu's scars -
because he's creeper enough to watch Konatsu shower and hand him things- if only to see how committed the other boy is to his job.] I'll be waiting![action, *DOESN'T MAKE A SOUND*]
It's progress, at least. Don't worry, Shuri will be tolerable eventually! ...hopefully!
At least Shuri seems to have relaxed at least a little more, though he's pretty sure it'll remain like it did back in their world. And don't worry, Shuri can see those scars eventually!
But Konatsu will lock the door while he's showering. He wants no guests. Gods Shuri and Hyuuga are such creepers. =|Shuri can walk in while he's changing sometime or something. KONATSU WILL HAVE ALREADY CHANGED HIS PANTS, SO NO IDEAS.]Right. [He's going to pick up his stuff and stand, folded clothes in his arms.] You should try and get some rest for now.
